Job summary

European Wax Center is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate (Front Desk/Sales) at our Clackamas center to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue.

This in-person role involves greeting guests, promoting services and products, scheduling appointments, and handling front-desk operations. The position offers hourly pay and sales bonuses, requiring a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years in retail or beauty industry preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striking an ongoing journey of competence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
