European Wax Center in Beaverton is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding guest service and drive center revenue. This in-person role focuses on greeting guests, promoting services, and ensuring a smooth front-desk operation while hitting sales targets.

Ideal candidates have strong sales and guest service skills, leadership and communication abilities, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a beauty-focused, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or one–two years related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.

Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 Hourly Full-Time & Part-Time

European Wax Center is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
