European Wax Center is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.

Job Location: 3720 D Factoria Blvd SE, Bellevue, WA 98006

Salary Range: $17.50 - $18.75 hourly (Full‑time & Part‑time) Hourly + Sales Bonuses

Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check‑ins, check‑outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.

Qualifications (Knowledge and Skill Requirements)

High school diploma or GED required; or one – two years related experience or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
