Job summary

European Wax Center in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate (Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to drive guest service excellence and contribute to center revenue. This in-person role greets guests, handles check-ins and scheduling, and promotes services and products to enhance the guest experience.

Salary ranges $17.50–$18.75 per hour, with hourly pay plus sales bonuses and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience considered.
• Experience in retail, sales, or beauty industry a plus.
• Evenings and weekends availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and maintain a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote services, products and promotions, sell wax passes, and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations: check-ins/check-outs, scheduling, confirmations, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Model leadership and guide peers to reach their full potential.

Lead Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) at European Wax Center. Drive guest service excellence while contributing to center revenue. Location: 3720 D Factoria Blvd SE, Bellevue, WA 98006. Employment types: Full-Time & Part-Time. In-person work. Salary: $17.50 – $18.75 per hour. Hourly plus sales bonuses with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.

• Promote additional services, new products and promotions, sell wax passes, and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
