European Wax Center in Silverdale, WA is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate to manage front-desk operations and drive center revenue in a sales-driven environment.

The role emphasizes guest service, training, and promoting services, with evenings and weekends required and a pay range of $18.13–$18.75 per hour plus bonuses.

Salary Range: $18.13 - $18.75 Hourly Full-Time & Part-Time Hourly + Sales Bonuses

European Wax Center is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
