Anchor Point Management Group in San Diego, CA is hiring a Front Desk Guest Service Associate. This in-person role supports training, greets guests, promotes services, and drives sales while delivering a high-energy environment.

You'll manage check-ins/outs, reservations, cash handling, and inventory, maintain a clean center, and aim to meet sales targets. Evening and weekend availability is required; prior retail or beauty experience is a plus.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $19.00 Hourly (Full-Time & Part-Time, plus Sales Bonuses)

Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities
