The Dallas Arboretum is looking for an energetic, people‑first Lead, Guest Experience Ticket Booth professional to bring our guest experience to life.

Essential Duties
Lead & Inspire
  • Guide, coach, and support team members in daily operations
  • Foster a positive, high‑energy, and collaborative team environment
Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences
  • Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism (in person and over the phone)
  • Help guests book tickets and navigate their visit with ease
  • Answer questions about the garden, events, and offerings
Be the Go‑To Problem Solver
  • Serve as the first point of contact for resolving guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • De‑escalate situations and turn challenges into positive experiences
Support Efficient Operations
  • Ensure team adherence to Dallas Arboretum policies and service standards
  • Assist with basic cash handling and ticketing processes
  • Step in wherever needed across Guest Experience department to keep things running smoothly
Requirements
  • High school graduate or G.E.D.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer experience required (Microsoft Office products).
  • Physical ability to sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods indoors and outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and seasonal evening hours.
  • Ability to pass all pre‑employment requirements including a background check and drug test.
