Job summary

Disney Stores USA, LLC in Texas is hiring a part-time Cast Member to ensure guests have The Best Retail Experience in the World. You will perform scripted and non-scripted events, assist guests with product recommendations, and support store missions while maintaining Disney brand standards.

Responsibilities include cash wrap duties, replenishment, safety, and providing entertaining, magical service to guests of all ages.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs and climb a ladder.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends and call-in shifts; must be available a minimum of two shifts Monday through Friday and have weekend availability.
• Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Performs scripted and non-scripted events for Guests.
• Connects with Guests by asking open-ended questions to assess needs and make suggestions.
• Contributes to a high energy, fast-paced environment with entertaining, magical experiences.
• Performs cash wrap and mobile POS duties in an efficient manner.
• Participates in shipment processing, replenishment of the sales floor and other operational tasks.
• Upholds Disney brand standards in Guest engagement, visuals and housekeeping.
• Promotes and maintains a safe working and shopping environment.
• Engages children at their level and includes them in the storytelling.
