Primanti Bros. in Washington state is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations under the General Manager, ensuring brand standards, health and safety, and solid financial performance.

You will handle admin tasks such as scheduling, inventory, and vendor invoices; recruit and coach team Members; resolve service issues, and support marketing efforts to drive business. A hands-on leader who communicates clearly and builds team engagement is ideal.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to Fans and Players.
• Stands/walks 100% of the shift.
• Lifts and carries up to 50lbs, up to 20 times per shift.
• Works with open flame and sharp knives.

Responsibilities

• Direct restaurant operations to ensure brand and health & safety standards.
• Oversee daily financial responsibilities and inventory controls.
• Source, interview, hire, and train team Members; provide performance feedback.
• Assist in marketing strategies and promotions to increase business.
