Job summary

Magic Eden seeks a Lead Product Designer to own onboarding, first-deposit flows, rewards, progression, and lifecycle experiences. This growth role emphasizes behavior and outcomes over visuals, with an expectation to prototype with AI and mentor others while delivering real impact.

You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, data science, VIP/BD, and lifecycle teams to shape roadmaps and drive retention. Applicants must submit a portfolio and an AI project summary.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product design for consumer products.
• Growth track record with activation, conversion and retention impact.
• Genuine passion for iGaming, casino or sportsbook.
• Behavioral psychology fluent with real product applications.
• Demonstrated AI-native prototyping and tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Own growth surfaces end-to-end: signup, deposit, onboarding, rewards, tiers, lifecycles.
• Design behavior-focused solutions to influence player actions.
• Prototype with AI and run rapid experiments with data science.
• Build artifacts that guide decisions over verbal debate.
• Maintain quality and fairness in reward structures for trust.
• Grow the design system and mentor more designers as the team scales.
• Collaborate daily with product, engineering, data science, VIP, and lifecycle teams.
