Job summary

Magic Eden, a fully remote company, is building AI-native retention and monetization growth for iGaming players. You will own the post-signup journey, expand segmentation, design campaigns, and own the P&L lever tied to player value.

Qualifications

• Strong intuition for player psychology and incentive design.
• Experience in gambling, gaming, fintech, or consumer marketplaces helps.
• Genuine curiosity about why people behave the way they do is required.
• Deeply analytical with ability to derive cohorts and insights quickly.
• AI-native by default: use AI to write queries, analyses, and automate work.

Responsibilities

• Own retention and monetization as a growth loop.
• Set targets and drive numbers for post-signup activity.
• Own the player segmentation framework and evolve signals.
• Build the AI-native growth stack, workflows, and pipelines.
• Design and ship targeted offers for specific segments and moments.
• Run campaigns across email, in-app, Telegram, and other channels.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ship repeatable product surfaces.
