Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Lead Growth Product Manager to own the conversion product across testosterone, weight loss, and new protocols. You will work with an embedded design and marketing team, leverage AI-first experimentation, and set the testing agenda to drive organic growth and higher AOV.

You should have a track record leading consumer conversion funnels with direct revenue responsibility in a paid spend environment, and you must be fluent in data-driven decision making, with strong written

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, with at least 3 owning a consumer conversion funnel with direct revenue accountability at meaningful paid spend.
• Fluency with modern funnel and AI tooling, and a real opinion on how to compress the cycle from idea to live test
• Excellent written communication; our culture runs on clear documents and explicit tradeoffs

Responsibilities

• Own the conversion product including get-started flow, eligibility and questionnaire, plan selection, payment methods, and checkout across protocols.
• Own the acquisition product roadmap built in close partnership with Marketing and defined growth bets
• Define the testing agenda and establish a data-driven approach with a strong emphasis on AI-powered experimentation
