Zusammenfassung

Maximus is seeking a Lead Growth Product Manager to own the conversion and growth roadmap for a subscription-based telehealth platform. You will partner with engineering, design, and marketing to run experiments, optimize AOV, and drive organic growth across Testosterone, Weight Loss, and other protocols.

You will report to the Head of Product and lead a dedicated engineering pod, with autonomy to sequence growth bets, budget AI tooling, and ship rapid tests.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in product management and ownership of consumer conversion funnels with direct revenue accountability.
• Fluency with modern funnel and AI tooling; ability to compress cycles from idea to live tests.
• Excellent written communication; clear documentation and explicit trade-offs.
• Nice to have: telehealth or regulated consumer experience shaping funnels.

Aufgaben

• Own the conversion product, including get-started flow, eligibility, questionnaire, plan selection, payment, and checkout across protocols.
• Lead the acquisition product roadmap in collaboration with Marketing to meet growth objectives.
• Develop distinct strategies by service line for Testosterone vs GLP-1 with tailored objections and economics.
• Propose pricing strategies and defend the business cases with clear metrics.
• Define the funnel testing cadence, analytics stack, and instrumentation to ship experiments.
• Drive organic growth, referral programs, and reclamation of abandoned carts as products, not campaigns.
