Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Lead Growth Product Manager to own the conversion and acquisition platforms in a fully remote role serving the US market. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing while reporting to the Head of Product, guiding data-driven experiments and AI-enabled optimization across testosterone, weight loss, and other protocols.

You will lead a dedicated pod, own the get-started flow, eligibility, plan selection, and checkout, and drive organic growth and reclamation

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, with ownership of a consumer conversion funnel that drives revenue at scale.
• Fluency with modern funnel design and AI tooling; strong prioritization and testing discipline.
• Excellent written communication; ability to document tradeoffs and decisions clearly.
• Nice to have: telehealth, regulated consumer contexts, or high‑consideration categories where eligibility shapes the funnel.

Responsibilities

• Own the conversion product: get-started flow, eligibility, questionnaire, plan selection, checkout across protocols.
• Own the acquisition roadmap in collaboration with Marketing to drive growth objectives.
• Lead AI‑first experimentation, with a platform mindset and clear success criteria.
• Align organic growth, referral programs, and retention levers with the broader product strategy.
