Job summary

Fullscript is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to own analytics for a fast-growing segment. You will partner with the GM, Finance, Product, and Commercial leaders to determine where the business should invest next, starting with understanding customers and product usage and owning the experimentation engine.

The focus is on using analytics to drive performance—designing experiments, building an AI-augmented reporting stack, and telling leadership what to do next.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data science, growth analytics, or related roles.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive decisions.
• Executive-level communication with leadership.
• Understanding of revenue drivers and margins.
• Experience in marketplaces/ecommerce/SaaS/healthcare at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own experimentation: design, run, and read growth experiments.
• Build the reporting backbone with dashboards and self-serve tooling.
• Generate insights by breaking down revenue drivers and advising actions.
• Maintain healthy data foundations with the data engineering team and forecasting support.
