Job summary

Lovable is seeking a data scientist to own the growth funnel end to end—from acquisition to activation to retention to expansion. You will identify levers, run experiments, and work closely with growth engineering to ship product experiments that move metrics.

This role requires strong SQL, Python, and a passion for rigorous experimentation in a fast-moving environment. You will be the first data scientist in Lovable's growth data function, building systems and agents to surface growth

Qualifications

• Strong SQL, Python, applied statistics, and heavy experimentation in a fast-moving environment.
• Own funnel outcomes from acquisition to expansion and ship experiments with growth engineering.
• Entrepreneurial and autonomous; first data scientist in growth data function.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth funnel metrics end to end and drive measurable improvement across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
• Find highest-leverage opportunities in the funnel and turn them into shippable experiments with growth engineering.
• Design, run, and read growth experiments, and act on them.
• Build instrumentation, metrics, and agents the growth team runs on.
• Help shape the growth data function as its first data scientist.
