Qualifications

• Have leadership or supervisor experience, ideally in food service or retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach scoopers and shift leads through rushes and slow times.
• Run daily operations, including cash, inventory, scheduling, and opening and closing.

• Support community events, local partnerships, and shop initiatives.
