Job summary

Stepping Stones Childrens Center is seeking a Group Supervisor for school age programs in Cranberry Township. The role involves planning daily activities, developing lesson plans, and coordinating with the Site Director to ensure high-quality supervision and child welfare.

The position requires a 4-year degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education or related Human Services field, with strong communication and organizational skills to support a dynamic classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education or related Human Services field.
• Associate degree options acceptable with substantial hours/experience as stated.
• Experience planning daily activities and assessments is valued.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily activities for group of children.
• Maintain monthly observations and DRDP assessments.
• Develop daily lesson plans and coordinate with School Age Director.
• Communicate with staff, parents, and children to ensure safety and engagement.
• Support Site Director in ensuring DHS regulations and center policies are followed.
