Job summary

Stepping Stones Childrens Center is seeking a Group Supervisor for School Age Programs at Rowan Elementary in Cranberry Twp, PA. The role oversees daily activities, collaborates with the Site Director, and ensures a safe, engaging environment for kindergarten through 4th grade students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or Human Services.
• Associate’s degree with 30 hours in Early Childhood Education or related field plus substantial experience with children.
• Experience and understanding of child development and learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily activities for school age program.
• Record monthly observations for each enrolled child.
• Complete formal assessments (DRDP) twice per academic year.
• Develop and post weekly lesson plans for School Age Director review.
• Coordinate activities with Supervisor to maximize learning opportunities.
• Communicate with parents via notes, email, or portal about activities and well‑being.
