Job summary

Build People in Miami is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a ground-up high-rise construction project in Edgewater.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, RFIs and submittals, coordinating with ownership, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive successful execution.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in high-rise PM, a track record delivering complex projects through full lifecycle, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction PM experience, high-rise focus.
• Ground-up high-rise project experience required.
• Strong contracts, budgets, scheduling, procurement, and controls.
• Experience with the full lifecycle of complex projects.
• Procore and scheduling software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project from preconstruction through final completion and closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate with ownership, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule with the Superintendent.
