Gale Hotel Miami, a premier Miami-based real estate developer, seeks an experienced Construction Manager to oversee complex high-rise, hospitality, and mixed-use developments across South Florida. As Owner's Representative, you will coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, lenders, and government agencies to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible construction management experience.
• Experience managing high-rise residential, hospitality, mixed-use, multifamily, or commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and contract administration.
• Knowledge of permitting, inspection, and approvals in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction from pre-development through turnover.
• Act as the Owner's Representative on assigned projects.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and authorities.
• Review drawings, specs, budgets, schedules, and reports.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, budget impacts, and risks.
• Lead prequalification, bid evaluations, negotiations, and awards.
• Provide status reports to ownership and senior management.
• Review change orders, pay apps, RFIs, and project reporting.
• Monitor budgets, assist in cost control, forecasting, and value engineering.
• Coordinate permitting with municipalities and agencies.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and oversee quality and progress.
• Coordinate lender inspections and reporting as needed.
• Support planning, scheduling, constructability reviews, and risk management.
