Job summary

Just Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a full-time on-site role in South Florida. You will oversee projects from pre-construction to closeout, managing budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of commercial construction PM experience, strong financial and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ground-up mixed-use experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years PM experience in commercial construction.
• Ability to read/interpret drawings, specs, contracts, and scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, scopes of work, and documentation.
