You will lead and deliver distribution grid modernization projects, including FLISR, volt-var optimization, and ADMS, collaborating with clients and teams to achieve reliable, resilient operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7–10 years post-education experience as electrical engineer.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to lead across teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and review of grid modernization solutions for utility distribution systems (FLISR, Volt-Var, ADMS, DER).
• Collaborate with utility clients, internal teams, and vendors to deliver practical recommendations.
• Track schedules and budgets; mentor project teams; develop technical insights for clients.
