WSP is seeking a Mid-Level Grid Modernization Engineer to support our Boise, ID office with flexible options including Denver, CO; Kansas City, MO; and Redmond, WA. You will join the Distribution Advanced Studies Team to modernize distribution grids and advance key programs across multiple sites.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering design deliverables for large capital projects.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Modernize utility distribution systems via programs like FLISR, Volt-Var, and ADMS.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather inputs for studies.
• Lead and perform analytical engineering tasks on complex projects.
• Prepare data visualizations, tables, and reports for findings.
• Provide technical leadership and drive long-term project goals.
• Track schedules and budgets and support business development.
