Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or better.
• Experience in agriculture, grain handling, or related field preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of equipment maintenance preferred.
• Basic computer skills to support grain handling operations preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform grain handling duties: receiving, storing, conditioning, blending, loading outbound shipments.
• Monitor and maintain grain quality and assist with blending decisions and drying operations.
• Operate and support grain drying system for safe, efficient operation.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure OSHA and FS Grain safety compliance.
• Provide professional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Communicate equipment issues to Location Manager as needed.
