Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Grade/Pipe Foreman in heavy civil/highway industries.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read plans and supervise crew while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise grade and pipe crew members to ensure safe, efficient work.
• Train crew on operational protocols and safety measures; maintain daily records of time, materials, and equipment use.
• Sequence pipe installations to minimize project disruption and coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and DOT personnel.
• Operate pipe-laying equipment per company procedures; oversee preventative maintenance and minor repairs while complying with regulations.
