BARNHILL CONTRACTING COMPANY is seeking a Grading Foreman to lead the daily operation of a grading crew on a Southport, NC project. You will drive safety, production goals, and quality while coordinating with superintendents and field teams.

Qualifications include a High School diploma, 0-5 years in construction, and certifications such as OSHA 10/30, MSHA, and traffic control credentials. You will mentor crew members and maintain open communication to meet deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Mentor and coach crew members toward goals and safety.
• Strong communication with field teams and supervision.

Responsibilities
