The role requires at least 2 years of Foreman experience on commercial/DOT jobs, and proficiency with grading and site work operations. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Foreman on commercial and DOT jobs.
• Experience with grading and site work operations, water/sewer/storm drain construction, asphalt paving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crew and equipment safety and efficiency on all projects.
• Maintain logs, daily reports, and accurate time records.
• Ensure subcontractors comply with safety policies and procedures.
