Job summary

VTG is seeking a highly adaptable Lead Contracts Administrator to support government contracting efforts, primarily with intelligence community customers. You will serve as the main point of contact on assigned contracts, draft and execute key agreements, and manage cradle-to-grave subcontract activities.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of government contracting experience, extensive FAR/DFAR knowledge, and the ability to operate with limited supervision while supporting

Qualifications

• Solid foundational knowledge of government contracting methods and applicable laws.
• Excellent negotiation, oral, and written communication skills.
• Experience with cost/price analysis concepts.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and communicate business commitments and alternatives to the program team and management.
• Act as primary point of contact between the company and the customer for contractual matters on assigned contracts.
• Draft, prepare, and execute internal and external correspondence on contractual matters.
• Maintain and organize all contractual records and documents per requirements.
• Coordinate contract lifecycle activities with cross-functional teams to drive tasks to completion.
• Perform cradle-to-grave Subcontract Administration and proposals support.
