Job summary

VT Group (VTG) is seeking a highly adaptable Lead Contracts Administrator to support government contracting matters, primarily with Intelligence Community units. You will ensure compliance with company policies, interpret business commitments, and maintain professional relationships with customers and internal teams.

You will manage contract lifecycle tasks, draft agreements (NDAs, teaming agreements, MOUs), and coordinate with Program Management, Finance, and other stakeholders to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of the government acquisition process.
• Cost Type / Cost-Plus Contract experience.
• Firm Fixed Price Contract experience.
• Prime and Subcontractor experience.
• Excellent knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations.
• Experience with agreements other than contracts (NDAs, PIA, Teaming Agreements, etc.)
• Working knowledge of financial accounting, government cost accounting principles, and project budgeting.
• Experience performing Cost / Price Analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, oral, and written communication skills.
• Understanding of CPSR Audit requirements.
• Experience developing and managing Small Business Subcontracting Plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough understanding of the U.S. government acquisition and procurement environment and company policies.
• Act as primary point of contact between the company and customer on assigned contracts.
• Compile and maintain contractual records and serve as official repository for contract docs.
• Maintain contract tracking records and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional engagement to drive tasks to completion and ensure requirements are met.
• Perform cradle-to-grave subcontract administration and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Support and lead assigned proposal activities including analysis, pricing narratives, and reviews.
• Research contract language and seek guidance on complex terms; negotiate routine contracts under supervision.
