The City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department seeks a Head Golf Professional Lead to supervise eight city-owned golf facilities and drive excellence in service, safety, and financial stewardship. Qualifications

Member of the PGA or LPGA as a prerequisite.
Three years as Head Golf Professional or lead assistant to a Head Golf Professional.
Background check required for finalists.
Must be able to operate a City vehicle and hold a valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

Oversee eight City-owned golf facilities, ensuring quality service and policy compliance.
Provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and financial accountability for the golf division.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences, build high-performing teams, and collaborate with senior golf staff and maintenance to implement city policies.
Safeguard city assets and ensure calendar-year objectives are met.
