The Madison Club, located outside of La Quinta, California, seeks a Lead Teaching Professional to guide golf instruction and player development. You will deliver individual lessons, run clinics, and organize development programs for members and guests.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, teamwork with the golf operations staff, and promoting a welcoming learning environment for golfers of all ages and abilities.

Competenze

• Demonstrated experience providing golf instruction in private clubs, resorts, or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of golf swing mechanics, short-game, putting, and course management.
• Experience teaching golfers of all ages and skill levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to build trust and deliver personalized instruction.
• Familiarity with instructional technology and performance analysis tools preferred.
• CPR/first aid certifications preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide individual and group golf instruction tailored to each student’s level and goals.
• Develop and implement player development programs for adults, juniors, beginners, and advanced golfers.
