The Madison Club in La Quinta, CA, seeks an Assistant Golf Professional to support the Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional in all golf operations. You will help manage tournaments, instruction programs, carts, and practice facilities while upholding exceptional service and club culture.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling, payroll, and staff training to maintain a high-performing team. PGA guidelines and member relations are essential to success.

Qualifications

• PGA membership is required or actively pursuing.
• Minimum three years of golf operations, hospitality, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and tournament operations.
• Experience with golf instruction and player development programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and supervising daily golf and club operations for members and guests.
• Supervise golf staff, including scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.
• Support tournaments and events, including logistics and communications.
• Assist in golf instruction programs, group clinics, private lessons, and junior development.
