The Madison Club in La Quinta, California seeks an Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf and club operations, supervise staff, coordinate tournaments and instructional programs, and uphold exceptional member service and club culture.

The role includes cart and facility management, pace of play monitoring, retail duties, payroll, training, and collaboration with other departments to ensure a cohesive team and superior guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Class A PGA Professional or actively pursuing PGA membership.
• Minimum of three years in golf operations, hospitality, or related field.
• Knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and tournament operations.
• Experience with golf instruction and player development.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and golf management software.
• Experience supervising staff, scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily golf and club operations for members and guests.
