Job summary

The Madison Club in La Quinta, California, is seeking a Lead Teaching Professional to join its Golf Operations Department. You will deliver exceptional golf instruction and create personalized development experiences for members, guests, and junior golfers.

As a Lead Teaching Professional, you will provide individual lessons, group clinics, and player development programs while collaborating with the golf team to uphold the highest standards of hospitality and service.

Qualifications

• Experience providing golf instruction in private clubs or resorts.
• Strong knowledge of golf swing mechanics and player development.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to teach golfers of all ages and abilities.
• Familiarity with instructional technology and performance analysis tools.
• CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group golf instruction tailored to each student.
• Develop player development programs for adults, juniors, and beginners.
• Conduct clinics, instructional workshops, playing lessons, and training sessions.
• Evaluate swings, short-game, putting, and course management.
• Use video analysis and launch-monitor data to enhance learning.
• Promote instructional programs and track student progress.
