The Madison Club in California seeks a Lead Teaching Professional to join the Golf Operations Department. You will deliver individual and group golf instruction, develop player programs, and lead clinics to enhance performance, enjoyment, and participation for members, guests, and juniors.

Qualifications

• Experience providing golf instruction in a private club, resort, or comparable golf environment.
• Strong understanding of golf swing mechanics, short-game instruction, putting, course management and player development.
• Ability to work with golfers of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group golf instruction tailored to each student's level and goals.
• Develop and implement player development programs for adults, juniors, beginners and advanced golfers.
• Conduct clinics, playing lessons, and specialized training sessions.
