Job summary

Mavensoft Technologies, LLC is seeking a Guidance Navigation Control Engineer III for an aerospace/missile systems project. The role is onsite in Chandler, AZ, as a 12‑month W2 contract requiring US citizenship and a current Secret security clearance.

You will lead development of GNC algorithms, maintain 6‑DOF flight simulations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure system reliability and mission success. Strong C/C++, Python, MATLAB/Simulink skills in Linux are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience, or Master’s with 3 years, or PhD with 0 years, in electrical, aerospace, or mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, verification, and test of high‑quality flight and simulation software; own the design and maintenance of 6‑DOF simulations used to develop, analyze, and validate flight algorithms and code; optimize flight and simulation software for performance, robustness, and maintainability.
• This position is contingent upon obtaining and maintaining required program access(es) within a reasonable period of time.
