Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years' professional experience or higher degrees with reduced years.
U.S. Government Secret clearance required.
Experience with guidance, navigation, and control concepts for aerospace or missile systems.
Experience leading or contributing to development, modeling, simulation, test, integration, or analysis for aerospace, missile, spacecraft, or autonomous systems.
Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, Python, C/C++, or similar tools in a Linux environment.

Responsibilities

Lead GNC algorithm design and analysis for seeker-based missile systems.
Develop and evaluate guidance, navigation, and control systems for aerospace applications.
Own 6 DOF simulations, performance metrics, and hardware/software integration.
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mission success.
Present technical results, risks, and recommendations to program leadership.
