Job summary

KBR, Inc. is actively seeking a remote-based Packet Lead to ensure uninterrupted procurement, supply chain and property management across ASESC for USAP operations. You will interface with stakeholders, subcontractors, government representatives, and internal teams to integrate requirements into program execution.

The role emphasizes governance, cost control, risk mitigation, and adherence to contract standards, with leadership responsibilities across teams and compliance activities.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass NACI background check.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or property management.
• Experience with ERP, inventory, procurement, and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement planning, sourcing strategies, inventory management, and property accountability.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, engineering, and finance for timely acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and regulations.
• Oversee government-furnished and contractor-acquired property, asset tracking, and inventories.
• Monitor performance, identify efficiency gains, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
• Support strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and audits.
