Job summary

Performance Contracting Group in Aurora, CO is seeking a Glazing Foreman for PCI Denver 583 to lead a crew on commercial glazing projects. You will ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time execution while coordinating with the site team.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a Foreman/Supervisor role.
• Track record of supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Managed a crew of 15+ craftsmen.
• Understanding of curtain wall, window wall, storefront glazing systems.
• Physically able to perform tasks and lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for crew safety, performance, productivity and work quality on projects.
• Coordinate project startup, execution and close out with superintendent and PM.
• Plan labor, material, and crew mix using look-ahead schedules and specs.
• Direct field activities to maximize productivity while meeting PCG quality and safety standards.
• Maintain positive relationships with trades, vendors, coworkers, and customers.
• Represent the branch and corporation on site with a professional attitude.
• Utilize available technology to perform tasks efficiently.
• Perform other related duties as assigned; on-the-job training offered.
