Job summary

Performance Contracting Group seeks a Glazing Foreman for its Denver operations in Aurora, CO. You will oversee a crew of 15+ craftsmen, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on glass curtain wall projects.

Work with the superintendent and project manager to start up, execute, and close out projects, using look‑ahead schedules and forecasts to optimize materials and staffing. On‑the‑job training is provided and the role is safety‑sensitive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Foreman/Supervisor role.
• Proven track record of supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of curtain wall, window wall, and storefront glazing systems.
• Physically able to perform tasks and lift up to 40 lb.
• Able to work outside for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crew safety, performance, productivity and quality on assigned projects.

Job Description

Performance Contracting is seeking a Glazing Foreman for its PCI Denver 583 operations based in Aurora, CO. This individual will be responsible for the following:

• Overall responsibility for crew safety, performance, productivity and work quality for assigned projects
• Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to coordinate project startup, execution and close out
• Use look‑ahead schedules, manpower forecasts and project specifications to provide optimum scheduling of material, manpower and crew mix
• Systematically direct and assign crew field activities to achieve maximize productivity while maintaining PCG standards of quality, performance and workplace safety
• Create and maintain positive relationships with all trades, vendors, co‑workers and customers to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
• Convey a professional and positive attitude as the onsite representative of branch and corporation
• Use available technology to perform job tasks efficiently
• Ability to perform all job duties and associated work functions in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• On‑the‑job training offered

This position is safety‑sensitive.

Hourly range: $35 - $40 an hour.

Basic Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in a Foreman/Supervisor role
• Must have a track record of successfully performing supervisory responsibilities
• Must have strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
• Managed a crew size of 15+ craftsmen.
• Understanding of curtain wall, window wall, and storefront glazing systems
• Proficient in quality control
• Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
• Physically able to perform assigned tasks
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
