Job summary

Performance Contracting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Glass and Glazing Project Manager for its Denver operations in Aurora, CO. This person will lead project controls, safety, scheduling, and cross‑functional coordination to deliver glazing scopes on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction management experience in glass and glazing, with strong communication, drawing interpretation, and proficiency in MS Office. Local Denver metro candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience, specifically with glass and glazing.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/Word) and project documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety plans and ensure compliance on projects and branch activities.
• Create/manage project schedules, RFI's, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, vendors, and subcontractors to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Monitor costs, change orders, and ensure project profitability.
• Provide QA/QC oversight and ensure quality control per project requirements.
