Job summary

Performance Contracting Group in Aurora, CO is seeking a Glazing Foreman for the PCI Denver 583 operations. This role leads the glazing crew, ensures safety and quality, and coordinates with the superintendent and project manager to start up, execute, and close out projects.

The position requires at least 5 years in a foreman/supervisor role, the ability to manage 15+ craftsmen, and knowledge of curtain wall/glazing systems.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in a Foreman/Supervisor role.
• Track record of successfully performing supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Managed a crew size of 15+ craftsmen.
• Understanding of curtain wall, window wall, and storefront glazing systems.
• Proficient in quality control.
• Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside.
• Physically able to perform assigned tasks.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time.
• Local to the Denver metro area.

Job Description

This position is safety-sensitive.

Hourly range: $35 - $40 an hour.
