Job summary

Performance Contracting Group seeks a Glazing Foreman for its Denver operations in Aurora, CO. You will oversee a crew of 15+ craftsmen, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on glass curtain wall projects.

Work with the superintendent and project manager to start up, execute, and close out projects, using look‑ahead schedules and forecasts to optimize materials and staffing. On‑the‑job training is provided and the role is safety‑sensitive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Foreman/Supervisor role.
• Proven track record of supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of curtain wall, window wall, and storefront glazing systems.
• Physically able to perform tasks and lift up to 40 lb.
• Able to work outside for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crew safety, performance, productivity and quality on assigned projects.
• Coordinate project startup, execution and closeout with superintendent and project manager.
• Use look-ahead schedules and forecasts to plan material, manpower, and crew mix.
• Direct field activities to maximize productivity while maintaining standards.
• Foster positive relationships with trades, vendors, and customers.
• Represent the branch and company onsite with professionalism.
• Utilize available technology to perform tasks efficiently.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training; uphold safety as a priority.
