Supplied Talent is seeking a Project Manager to lead specialty geotechnical projects in deep foundations, shoring, earth retention, ground improvement, grouting, drilling, and dewatering in the Los Angeles area.

This ownership role requires running projects from estimating through closeout, coordinating with field crews, engineers, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• 5 to 10+ years of construction experience, including several years as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Background in heavy civil, geotechnical, foundation, or specialty construction.
• Hands-on experience with deep foundations, earth retention, drilling, shoring, or ground improvement.
• Strong command of estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting schedule, quality, budget, and safety goals.
• Clear, direct communication with crews, superintendents, clients, and engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Our client, an established geotechnical construction contractor with a strong reputation for technically complex work, is looking for a Project Manager to lead specialty projects in deep foundations, shoring, earth retention, ground improvement, grouting, drilling, and dewatering.

This is a true ownership role. You will run your projects from the first estimate through closeout, working side by side with superintendents, field crews, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. If you like being close to the field and accountable for the outcome, this role fits.

Compensation and Benefits

• $100,000 to $140,000 base salary, depending on experience
