• 5+ years of experience with NGS data and data analysis pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement features for bioinformatics pipelines in Roche Sequencing products.
• Collaborate with experimental teams to translate requirements into software in a large codebase.
• Advance bioinformatics techniques and neural nets to improve software quality and features.
• Work with GPU hardware to accelerate computations and performance.
