FL HVAC Services Inc. in Florida is hiring an entry-level Lead Generator to help homeowners with airflow, humidity, and comfort solutions. You'll be calling referrals, setting appointments, and learning a proven process to generate qualified leads.

We provide complete training, ready-to-use scripts, lead lists, and room to grow. No HVAC knowledge required at start; if you have sales or lead-gen experience, you’ll progress faster and earn more as you contribute to the team’s success.

This isn't another HVAC sales job.

Most Florida homes have a problem nobody has fixed: humidity. Rooms that are too hot or too cold. Air that feels sticky no matter where the thermostat is set. Mold growing inside the AC unit. High electric bills that never make sense.

Almost all of it traces back to one thing: air conditioning systems that were designed or installed wrong.

The industry keeps trying to fix these problems with add-ons like solar panels and spray foam insulation. Those treat the heat. But in Florida, heat isn't the main thing making people uncomfortable. Humidity is. Spray foam is a good example: it can cut down how much heat gets into the house, but if the AC system isn't designed around the change, humidity in the home can actually go up. The homeowner spent the money and still isn't comfortable.

Most HVAC contractors know humidity matters. Very few know how to design a system that actually controls it.

What you'll be selling

You’ll be helping Florida homeowners with the systems that keep their home comfortable and healthy. Our main services are:

• New air conditioning systems. Replacing old or failing AC units with a new system that's designed to fit the home correctly
• Ductwork replacement. Replacing or redesigning the ducts that carry air through the house, which is often the reason some rooms are too hot or too cold
• Humidity control. Solving the sticky, damp feeling that most Florida homes have, even with the AC running
• Indoor air quality. Testing the air in the home and installing the right products to clean it
• Mold prevention and remediation. Removing mold from the AC system and home, and fixing the cause so it doesn't come back
