THE ROLE

This is a residential HVAC sales position. You will run company provided leads, build rapport with homeowners, present solutions, and close deals — representing Climate Experts with professionalism and integrity on every call. You will be backed by a full office and technical team dedicated to making sure you have everything you need to succeed.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Follow up on company provided leads on time
• Establish customer rapport and identify needs through the right questions
• Present the right products and service solutions for each homeowner
• Create accurate and complete sales proposals the install team can execute on
• Develop key client relationships and close deals with confidence
• Build a referral base to expand your pipeline
• Become an expert in your market area
• Attend weekly sales training and coaching sessions
• Help set aggressive sales goals and contribute to company growth

• Minimum 2 years of face‑to‑face sales experience

• Proficient with software and technology
• HVAC experience preferred but not required — we will train you on the product
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and a cell phone with internet connection
