Job Duties

• Work with the team: maintain contact with supervisor and colleagues to ensure work orders are completed efficiently and the customer experience is seamless.
• Meet with Lowe’s shoppers: professionally engage shoppers, communicate the benefits of PROTOCOOL, capture customer information, and forward qualified leads to the PROTOCOOL office.
• Exercise professional autonomy: work largely without supervision while exceeding performance expectations.
