Job summary

Apex Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is hiring lead generators to work inside Lowe’s in Central Florida. You walk the sales floor, help homeowners shopping, and build the lead report our sales team uses the same day.

You should be comfortable approaching customers, gather house details, and clearly describe the requested work. Reliable transportation to Lowe’s, weekend availability, and professional conduct are expected.

Qualifications

• Retail, floor sales, or other customer-facing experience helps, but it is not required.
• Reliable transportation to Lowe’s is required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the sales floor and offer help to customers shopping.
• Find out what is going on at the house and guide them toward a real next step.
• Build a complete lead report before they leave: name, phone, address, system issue, and what they want done.
• Submit that report the same day so sales can follow up.
• Meet a daily lead target.
• Represent Apex professionally and follow Lowe’s store rules.
• Be available for store hours, including weekends.
• You should be comfortable walking up to customers and writing a clear report a salesperson can use.
